At the initial check up, after checking my teeth, Chloe went through everything with me and recommended a plan for my treatment. She explained it all fully to me. At every appointment Chloe explained what she was going to do and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She answered any questions I had at all. The reception staff are all so friendly and welcoming, they make it a warm environment and understand your needs. I genuinely feel that everyone who works here really cares about their patients and I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist at all. When I called to register and book I was given an appointment as soon as the week after!! I Saw the lovely Kate who is fab and thoroughly explained my issues and advised me to book with Chloe. After my appointment with Chloe my teeth had never felt so clean! I then came back to see Kate today to have a filling and she really puts you at ease. I feel really relaxed when coming in and reassured with any questions I may have. Could not recommend these lovely ladies enough!
